ING – Notes on Account Integration and Login (as of September 2025)
ING online banking enables you to centrally manage your accounts, cards, securities accounts, and financial products – around the clock, from PC, tablet, or smartphone. You can make transfers, manage standing orders, use your mailbox, and handle many services online.
Login notes for ING online banking:
- Access is via your customer number (10 digits) and your internet banking PIN (at least 5 digits, individually assigned).
- To authorize transactions and sensitive actions, a TAN procedure is required (e.g., Banking to go app with approval push, mobileTAN/SMS-TAN – the latter is gradually being replaced).
- After several failed attempts, access will be blocked for security reasons. Unblocking is possible via support.
- If you have problems with your login credentials, you can use the “Forgot login credentials?” function or contact support.
- The login credentials are valid for both online banking and the ING Banking to go app.
TAN procedures:
- Banking to go app: Authorize transactions via push notification and biometric methods (fingerprint/face recognition).
- mobileTAN/SMS-TAN: TAN is sent via SMS to your registered mobile phone (being replaced by app approval).
Note in case of problems with bank login via fino services:
- Check your login credentials (customer number and PIN) for ING online banking.
- Ensure that your TAN procedure (Banking to go app or mobileTAN) is active and functioning.
- Check whether third-party provider access is enabled and valid at ING.
- If the problem persists, have your login credentials, TAN procedure, and permissions checked by ING.
