Finom – Notes on Account Integration and Login (as of September 2025)


Finom is a digital financial platform for business customers (freelancers, self-employed, companies) that combines banking, invoicing, and accounting tools. The account is provided in Germany in cooperation with Solaris SE.


Login notes for Finom online banking:

  • Access is via the email address you provided during registration and your personal password.
  • After several failed attempts, access will be blocked for security reasons. Unblocking is possible via support.
  • Account opening and usage require identity verification (VideoIdent or document upload).
  • For certain actions (e.g., transfers, settings), additional confirmation via SMS code or two-factor authentication may be required.
  • You can manage multiple users and roles in the account (depending on the selected plan).


Security features:

  • Your data and transactions are protected by modern encryption and two-factor authentication.
  • Finom will never ask you for passwords or SMS codes.
  • Access to banking services is provided through the partnership with Solaris SE (Germany).


Note in case of problems with bank login via fino services:

  • Check your login credentials (email address and password) for Finom online banking.
  • Ensure that your two-factor authentication procedure (e.g., SMS code) is active and functioning.
  • Check whether third-party provider access at Finom/Solaris SE is enabled and valid.
  • If the problem persists, have your login credentials, authentication, and permissions checked by Finom support.
